This unit is for producing nitro-compond fertilizer with hi-tower melting & granulation process, quality of finished products meet GB15063-2020 standard. This unit can produce dual-compond or tri-compond fertilizers through different formulas.
1.7 design scope
Design of construction drawings (process drawings and civil drawings of raw material feeding, cooling, packaging & handling of finished product, 3000m2 warehouse), foundation drawings and frame tower for packaging (16m high) etc.

2. Process flowchart
A. melting of ammonium phosphate (urea)
Solid ammonium phosphate (urea) be crushed and weighing, send to melting vessel for melting, then send to 1# mixing tank.
B. phosphate (potash) salt powder system
Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate powder and fillers through weighing, be sent to 1# mixing tank to mix with ammonium phosphate (urea), then overflow to 2# mixing tank.
C. potash (phosphate) salt powder system
Potassium sulphate powder (ammonium phosphate) through weighing, be sent to 2# mixing tank, overflowing to evenly-mixer, from evenly-mixer to filtering trough, then to granulation machine to spray mixed slurry from top tower.
D. finished product
Granules from top tower will go to 1# sieve (1.8mm-4.3mm) and send to 1# cooling roller, nextly go to 2# sieve (1.8mm-4.3mm) and send to powder cooling device, through cooling to next procedure-coating roller, then through belt to 3# sieve (2.2mm), 1.8-2.2mm granules be sent to small size packaging area, 2.2-4.3mm granules be sent to big size packaging area.
